1.1 Domestic Shipping
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes through our trusted logistics partners.

 

1.2 International Shipping
International shipping is currently not available. We are working to expand our reach globally in the future.

 

2. Shipping Charges

2.1 Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999

  • Applicable to all serviceable locations in India

2.2 Standard Shipping

  • Orders below ₹999: ₹50 shipping fee

  • Charges are automatically calculated at checkout

2.3 Express Delivery

  • Express delivery available in select metro cities

  • Additional charges may apply (calculated at checkout)

3. Processing Time

3.1 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days

  • Orders placed after 6 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days

3.2 Processing Exclusions
Processing time excludes weekends, public holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

4. Delivery Timeline

4.1 Standard Delivery

  • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days

  • Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 business days

  • Tier 3 Cities: 4-7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

4.2 Express Delivery

  • Available in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata

  • Delivery within 24-48 hours (subject to availability)

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Tracking Information

  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped

  • Track your order using the tracking number provided

  • Real-time updates available through our logistics partner's website

5.2 Delivery Updates
We will keep you informed about your order status via SMS and email notifications.

 

6. Delivery Process

6.1 Address Requirements

  • Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate

  • Include landmark details for easier location

  • Provide an active phone number for delivery coordination

6.2 Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts

  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse

  • Re-delivery charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts

6.3 Recipient Requirements

  • Someone must be available to receive the package during delivery hours

  • Valid ID proof may be required for high-value orders

  • Packages cannot be left unattended

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

7.1 COD Availability

  • Available for orders up to ₹5,000

  • Additional COD charges of ₹50 apply

  • Subject to serviceability in your location

7.2 COD Requirements

  • Exact amount should be ready at the time of delivery

  • COD orders require phone verification before dispatch

8. Shipping Restrictions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Public holidays or festivals

10. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, do not accept delivery

  • We will arrange re-shipment at no additional cost
