Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery date for eligible products.

  • Your bank account for cash on delivery orders (bank details required)

While we process refunds within the specified timeframe, it may take additional 3-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

4.2 Product Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange pickup of the return items from your registered address at no additional cost.

All returned products undergo quality inspection. Refunds are processed only after successful verification.

If you receive damaged or defective products:
